By downloading, installing, or using the "Lemon: Your Nutrition Partner" app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

2. App Use & Services

The App helps you manage your nutritional information by providing tools for:

  • Tracking food intake and managing recipes
  • Planning meals and tracking macronutrient goals

You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Important Disclaimers

The nutritional and health information provided by the App is for informational purposes only. This information is not intended as medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making health or dietary decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1. Free and Premium Services

The App is offered with a free version and a paid "Premium" version. You may use the free version with limited features, or you may choose to purchase access to Premium features.

4.2. Pricing and Payment

Premium access is available as either an auto-renewing subscription (e.g., Monthly or Yearly) or as a one-time "Lifetime" purchase.

  • Pricing: The specific pricing for each option is clearly displayed within the App at the time of purchase and may vary based on your region and currency.
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

4.3. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription plan (Monthly or Yearly):

  • Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
  • Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.

4.4. Lifetime Access

If you choose the "Lifetime" option, this is a one-time non-consumable purchase that grants you access to Premium features for the lifetime of the App's availability. This is not a subscription and does not renew.

4.5. Refunds

All purchases, including subscriptions and lifetime access, are processed and managed by Apple. Therefore, we cannot directly issue refunds. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple Support in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Firebase – for analytics and authentication
  • Bugfender – for analytics and feedback collection
  • OpenAI – for AI-powered recipe and nutrition features

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Cluj county, Romania.

By using "Lemon: Your Nutrition Partner," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
